What shipping costs
Shipping is priced by weight and destination, and it's where small orders add up — a single pair of chunky sneakers is bulky. The simplest way to save: order three or more pairs and shipping is free. Bulk orders beyond that get wholesale shipping rates. We quote the exact all-in cost (pair price + shipping) on WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises.
How we ship direct (no agent)
Unlike spreadsheet/agent setups where you create an account and consolidate through a third party, we ship direct: you send a style, we source and QC it, then forward it straight to you by DHL, UPS or FedEx. One thread on WhatsApp, one tracking number, no platform to learn. This is faster and simpler than the agent route, especially for one or two pairs.
Customs: what to expect
Every country handles incoming parcels differently. We declare parcels appropriately to keep clearance smooth, and we ship discreetly. For most personal-volume orders (one to three pairs), customs is straightforward; larger orders we'll advise on before shipping. If your country has specific import limits, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll factor it into how we send your parcel.
Tracking your order
You get a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse, and you can follow it the whole way. Typical timeline: a day or two for us to source and QC your pair, then the shipping window above. We stay on WhatsApp through the whole process if anything comes up.
